Initial consultation (I.C.) - $40/hr subject to travel charges
All potential clients must go through an initial consultation before commencing training. In this 1.5-hour session we take an in-depth look at your fitness goals, medical history, diet, flexibility, starting girth measurements and posture. In addition, we do a very light workout so I can assess your base level of fitness, strength and balance. A small percentage will need a doctor’s clearance before starting a program – this is determined by your medical history.


General fitness sessions: 
All sessions are a minimum 1 hour in duration. Prices vary depending on the type of training required, the number of people training and the location you choose to train from.

Individual and group sessions available:
  • Muscle gain                                                                                   
  • General toning
  • Weight loss
  • Injury rehab
  • Circuit training
  • Sport-specific training
  • Cardiovascular fitness

Starter package: Initial consultation plus 4 x 1-hour personal training sessions from your place of choice. This package is great way to sample the product and to get your body into a fitness routine.

DIY fitness: For people with the motivation to train themselves but without the ‘know how’. I’ll take you through the all-important ins and outs of how to correctly train yourself in a way that will see you reach your goals quickly and safely. 
This package consists of an initial consultation plus 3 x 1.5-hour interactive, information-packed sessions (both theory and practical).

Home gym set-up (bronze): I’ll come to your house, see what space you have for your gym, then brainstorm with you what your goals are and what equipment you’ll need. I will find the best equipment at the best price, and order it for you.

Home gym set-up (silver): Bronze plus... I’ll be there to set up the equipment when it shows up and run you through how to use everything.

Home gym set-up (gold): Silver plus... DIY fitness package (4 x 1.5hr sessions) or Starter package (I.C. plus 4 x 1hr sessions)

Weekend work-over: If you need to make some serious changes in your life but don’t know where to start, this is the perfect package for you. I spend 2 full days with you giving you a ‘lifestyle overhaul’ and showing you ways to get a healthy balance of work, leisure, diet and, of course, exercise. This package includes 1 initial consultation and 3 fitness sessions, an assessment of your diet... plus much more!
